Arenna Terms & Conditions Update

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

1. Membership Changes

Arenna will phase out all memberships except for Gold Membership.

Gold Membership will be available for purchase only until August 1, 2025.

After August 1, 2025, Arenna will operate on a wallet and per-class payment model only.

No unlimited memberships will be offered after this date.

2. Wallet Credits

Users may add funds to their Arenna Wallet, which can be used to book classes and services within the app.

Wallet funds are non-refundable but are fully usable within Arenna for all activities.

3. Referral Program

Users can invite friends to Arenna and will receive 10% credit of all referred users' purchases on the platform, credited to their Arenna Wallet.

Referral credits have no expiration and can be used for any Arenna services.

4. Class Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings are made on a per-class basis unless covered under an active Gold Membership until its expiration.

Cancellation policies for classes remain per the class provider’s guidelines within the app.

5. Use of the Platform

Arenna is currently focused on tennis activities only and will expand to other activities in future updates.

Users agree to respect community guidelines, be punctual for classes, and treat all participants and instructors with respect.

6. Changes to Terms

Arenna reserves the right to update these terms in alignment with platform and business model adjustments. Users will be notified via email and in-app notifications regarding any significant changes.
