Terms of Service
These terms describe use of ARENNA’s scheduling and booking service, operated by ARENNA Inc. Contact info@arenna.co with questions.
Using ARENNA
Provide accurate account and booking information, protect your sign-in access and use the service lawfully. Only submit information or connect accounts that you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate others, send unauthorized messages, interfere with the service or attempt to access someone else’s private information.
Instructors, clubs and bookings
Instructors and clubs are responsible for the accuracy of their service descriptions, availability, prices and policies. Participants should review the provider’s booking, cancellation and payment conditions before confirming. A booking request is not a confirmed booking until the service indicates confirmation. Changes, cancellations, refunds and payments follow the conditions presented for that booking and applicable law.
Connected services and Calendar
You choose whether to connect Google Calendar and may disconnect it in settings or revoke access through Google. Calendar synchronization depends on the permissions you grant and third-party availability. Check booking status in ARENNA if a calendar event is missing or delayed. Disconnecting does not delete existing Google events. Third-party services are also governed by their own terms.
Communications and AI-assisted features
Only use contact information and messaging features for purposes you are authorized to carry out. Honor recipients’ preferences and opt-outs. AI-assisted responses and suggestions can contain mistakes; review details before approving messages or acting on suggestions. ARENNA does not guarantee that an open slot will be filled or that suggested income will be earned.
Your information
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, used, stored and shared, including optional Google Calendar access. You remain responsible for the content you submit and for having permission to share other people’s information.
Access and changes
We may restrict access to address misuse, security issues or legal requirements. You can stop using ARENNA and contact us about account closure. Outstanding bookings, payment obligations and records subject to retention requirements may still need to be resolved. Features and these terms may change; the current terms and effective date will be published here. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
